After operating for 22 years, our old freezer at church stopped working abruptly. It was time for a new freezer, and we needed it ASAP! After looking around, and making some phone calls, we were close to purchasing one from a local supplier. With one last online search, I came across Iron Mountain Refrigeration & Equipment, and the rest is history. From the moment I called in, it was great customer service from the start. I placed the order that same Tuesday, and the freezer was delivered on Thursday! I reached back out with a concern and they took care of it right away. Great customer service from start to finish! We're enjoying our new PeakCold Single Door Commercial Freezer, and we're looking forward to it operating for 22+ years!!

Without question some of the best service and timely shipping of products I have every purchased. From finding the company, to my first interaction on the phone asking some basic questions, I have had a 5-star experience. We ordered on a Monday and the items arrived within 3 days from 1/2 way across the country. One of the items had been damaged by the shipper, a call to the company had a brand-new unit on the truck and on our way by 3PM the same day. I will update after we receive our final piece, but all of the equipment is commercial grade and looks fantastic. Can't believe what we paid for such nice equipment! My only suggestion I have is to put a sticker/flyer on your stand-up display fridge/freezers and explain how to disassemble from the pallet. My guys could not figure it out after about 30 minutes, I had to drive out and we eventually found that it was all bolted from underside of the pallet 4x4 blocks. Unless you move it around you cannot feel the holes in the base to get to the bolts. Might save someone else aggravation.
