We hope that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases, however we do realize that there will sometimes be a need to return an item. We work with our customers to provide solutions that work for them in these instances. We recommend unpacking your item carefully and holding on to the packaging and pallet until you are sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged or Defective
When an item arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to our customer. If shipping damage is cosmetic in nature, we may offer a credit and/or replacement parts in lieu of a full return as an option as well.
We know that sometimes things don't go as planned and there may be a need to return an item based on personal circumstances. We work diligently to provide solutions that will work for our customers and our business. Returns based on customer preference, such as items purchased in error, space or installation problems, or financial issues, will be subject to the following fees:
- Return Freight Shipping Charges
- Repackaging Fees - items must be returned in the original packaging and secured to a pallet for freight shipping to avoid these fees
- Restocking Fees - if an item is not able to be sold as new (shows signs of wear, does not have the original packaging, etc) a fee will be assessed of up to 20%.
Refunds will be applied once the item has arrived in our warehouse and been inspected.
The cost for vinyl decals is not refundable. If you choose to return the cooler, you may remove and keep the decals.
