Commercial Sandwich Table
This PeakCold midsize commercial salad or sandwich prep table with refrigerated cabinet is powered by a ¼ HP Embraco compressor. The stainless steel exterior provides a station with cutting board and prep units with insulated lids to preserve ingredient freshness. This sandwich prep table holds up to twelve 1/6 pans with the included dividers. The painted aluminum refrigerated interior cabinet has two adjustable, PVC coated shelves and self-closing doors with a 90° stay open feature. The magnetic door gaskets are removable without tools for easy cleaning. The refrigeration system has an adjustable temperature set point and defrost frequency. The controller shows error codes to diagnose service issues. Standard heavy-duty casters make it easy to move and clean underneath. The condenser is accessible in the rear of the cooler and slides out for easy maintenance. ETL listed and conforms to NSF std. 7.
