The refrigerated cabinet has a painted aluminum interior, two adjustable, PVC coated shelves, and self-closing doors with a 90 ° stay open feature. The refrigeration system has an adjustable temperature set point and defrost frequency. Standard heavy-duty casters make this large pizza or sandwich workstation easy to move and clean underneath.
