Liftgate, Delivery Appointments, and Freight Timing
A liftgate is a hydraulic platform on the back of a freight truck. It lowers a palletized commercial refrigerator, freezer, or other large unit from truck-bed height to ground level. A loading dock or forklift may otherwise be required to unload the equipment safely.
Liftgate service is included at no extra charge on qualifying large-equipment orders. A courtesy delivery appointment may also be arranged when scheduling is required. If your business can receive freight during regular hours and has a loading dock or forklift, you may be able to skip the appointment process and speed up delivery.
In-stock units generally ship the same day or next business day after the order is processed. Freight transit time varies by destination, carrier route, product, order size, and delivery access, so we can't promise one exact delivery window across all 23 states.
