The stainless steel exterior provides a station with cutting board and prep units with insulated lids to preserve ingredient freshness. This sandwich prep table holds up to ten 1/6 pans with the included dividers. The painted aluminum refrigerated interior cabinet has two adjustable, PVC coated shelves and self-closing doors with a 90 ° stay open feature.
