PeakCold Stainless Steel Refrigerated Prep Table - 71"

This PeakCold midsize commercial salad or sandwich prep table with refrigerated cabinet is powered by a 1/5 HP compressor. The stainless steel exterior provides a station with cutting board and prep units with insulated lids to preserve ingredient freshness, making it an ideal refrigerated prep table solution. This sandwich prep table holds up to 18 1/6 pans with the included dividers.

The painted aluminum refrigerated interior cabinet has two adjustable, PVC coated shelves and self-closing doors with a 90 ° stay open feature. The magnetic door gaskets are removable without tools for easy cleaning.

The refrigeration system has an adjustable temperature set point and defrost frequency. The controller shows error codes to diagnose service issues, crucial for maintaining any refrigerated prep table. Standard heavy-duty casters make it easy to move and clean underneath.
