The commercial stainless steel exterior provides a restaurant worktop and prep unit with an insulated lid to preserve salad or sandwich ingredients. The small refrigerated prep table has a painted aluminum interior cabinet, featuring one adjustable, PVC coated shelf and a self-closing door with a 90 ° stay open feature. A magnetic door gasket is removable without tools for easy cleaning. The refrigeration system has an adjustable temperature set point and defrost frequency. The controller shows error codes to diagnose service issues. Standard heavy-duty casters make it easy to move and clean underneath. The condenser is accessible in the rear of the cooler and slides out for easy maintenance.
