This 48" cake display case by PeakCold highlights bakery goods while maintaining freshness. Display pies, cakes and other pastries on 3 adjustable angled glass shelves. LED lighting on top and under each shelf creates a well-lit display. The four sided glass design of the case creates the best viewing opportunity for customers and allows more light to access the case. No opportunity to showcase your work will be missed. You will sell more because customers won't be able to resist!
The exterior bottom panels and floor are constructed of stainless steel. Sliding back doors create an opening large enough to place cakes without damage. All glass is tempered for user and customer safety. Temperature and defrost settings are adjusted by a programmable digital controller. Hidden casters allow for easy movement when cleaning or relocating.
