This PeakCold 2 drawer refrigerated chef base can support up to 617 lbs of cooking equipment on the stainless steel top with a marine edge to contain spills. Griddles, grills, fryers and any other equipment can be stationed on top. The chef base efficiently uses the space available in a commercial kitchen and saves on time spent gathering ingredients. Ingredients stay fresh and easily accessible in 2 refrigerated drawers. Each drawer in this unit can hold up to 1 full size food pan and (3) 1/6 size food pans. Heavy duty casters with locks allow for easy moving. A programmable digital controller easily adjust temperature and defrost settings.
