Refrigerated Prep Table
Our largest refrigerated work table, the PeakCold pizza prep table, is powered by a 1/5 HP Embraco compressor. The stainless steel exterior of this refrigerator provides a 70.6″ wide by 19.5″ deep removable cutting board. The prep units are covered by insulated lids to preserve the freshness of your pizza, salad or sandwich ingredients. The refrigerated cabinet has a painted aluminum interior, two adjustable, PVC coated shelves, and self-closing doors with a 90° stay open feature. The refrigeration system has an adjustable temperature set point and defrost frequency. Standard heavy-duty casters make this large pizza or sandwich workstation easy to move and clean underneath. The condenser is accessible in the rear of the cooler and slides out for easy maintenance. ETL listed and conforms to NSF std. 7.
