We have purchased from Iron Mountain twice now. Once for a reach in glass door beer cooler and the second time for a deep well beer cooler. Everything is top notch from customer service, prices, quality of product and way faster shipping than I would ever expect to get all the way down in SW Florida. A lot of our equipment is 15 years old in the kitchen and behind the bar and as it starts to go and is not cost affective to repair we will be replacing it with Iron Mountain products.

This is a locally owned and operated national business. They answered the phone, answered all of my questions, and most importantly followed through on everything they said they would do. If you’re in the market for commercial refrigeration, I honestly couldn’t recommend Iron Mountain more.

The freezer was shipped and delivered within days. Well packaged w/no damage. Quality unit, lots of room inside. It's auto-defrost cycle make it seem like it runs a lot, but regardless, it's efficient. Would buy again. Residential use. Very happy

So I was remodeling my kitchen and expanding the center island… and needed an under counter refrigeration unit… and couldn’t find a reasonably priced refrigerator that suited my needs… that is… until I found Iron Mountain refrigeration!

You wouldn’t believe the incredible customer service I received … and you wouldn’t believe how this high quality refrigeration unit is over $1000 cheaper than the next unit I could find…

In fact… they put a rush shipment on it for me and charged me a nominal fee to get it done… and it showed up on time as guaranteed…

and the refrigerator is way better than I thought it was gonna be… super high quality, pro cool, stainless steel under counter refrigerator double door… couldn’t be happier…

I bought a back bar cooler from Iron Mountain. Their customer service was great, they called letting me know it shipped and to make sure I inspect it when it arrives. They also explained what to do if it was damaged. I tried to order from another company and it was nothing but problems so I cancelled the order and found Iron Mountain. In addition, buying from Iron Mountain saved me around $500 compared to buying one from a big box store. The Cooler works great and looks great, I would highly recommend buying from Iron Mountain refrigeration and equipment.

From the initial product inquiry to the delivery Iron Mountain Refrigeration gets 5 stars ✨ The unpacking showed the detail in care and the custom logo design was just as I approved. Customer Service took their time answering my questions both via email and on Instagram. The temperature settings took a while to learn but the very useful YouTube channel gives a great video guide. I chose a single door Procool model and I could not be more pleased with my experience. More to follow from me when my growing season gets started and the cooler is filled with fresh local flowers.

Ordered the 2 door residential back bar cooler. It was shipped in a timely manner and Iron Mountain takes great care in packaging the cooler for delivery. Unboxed the unit and it was perfect. Received a call after my order to go over delivery instructions. Overall experience was perfect.

Units arrived undamaged. Was very hard to unpack and get inside the building since they ship with the wheels on and it takes a lot of wrangling to get it off the pallet. Doesn't seem to be a lot of quality assurance...there's bits of metal and plastic in the bottoms of both units we had to clean out, sealant and insulation coming out of seams. The units cooled quick when turned on and were quieter than our older unit, so that was good. We also didn't receive all of the pricing rails that clip to the front of the shelves, one was missing but we don't see a way to order replacements on their website so not sure how to get one that matches. Time will tell if these were worth it.

Absolutely the best customer service I have dealt with in a very long time. Our refrigerators were as ordered and arrived earlier than expected. It's not often you can call a company and talk to a real person on the phone, and that person is nice and willing to help with your questions. I had a few questions before buying a residential undercounter refrigerator, and they happily got me the answers I needed.Ordered the next day at a price lower than other websites, then received multiple update messages letting me know the progress as it got to my home. Product is just as expected, so this was a great experience overall. Would happily recommend to anyone I know!

Ordering process was great. Their service and support has been exceptional! Shipping was on time. I called this company to find out about their deep freezers. I am so grateful I did! Shari, customer service manager has been so amazing. The freezer had a minor problem with the electrical cord plug which was fixed promptly. Not sure when I've Ever such incredible customer service! The freezer is spacious and working great!
