Have purchased two refrigerators from Iron Mountain and have been impressed. Most recently I was having trouble with my under counter fridge and called and spoke to Courtney who was able to identify the problem and coach me through the easy fix while being on the phone with me. It’s very nice to find a place where they worry about the customer and you speak to someone who actually works for the company. I’mThrilled to find this company and will continue to use them and recommend them!!

Our food pantry puchased a commercial freezer from Iron Mountain and the staff, especially Jill, were very personable and professional. Everything went so smoothly, including the delivery coordination, and the freezer has performed so well, that we purchased a second one this past week. It was wonderful to be able to work with Jill again, and the purchase process and delivery were all completed in a very timely manner!

Very impressed with the quality of construction and customer care.I purchased a stainless double door fridge and freezer for my restaurant in Idaho. Shipping was fast and I believe pricing is better than other competitors.Items were impressively protected in plastic, foam and fiber board, even the delivery guy was surprised.

Bought a new kegerator and some accessories parts for it. To say that these folks are "top notch" is an understatement. First, their customer service is "OUT OF THIS WORLD". Real people, at the facility, answering phones, and transferring to REAL people, who actually "do what they say". Their packaging is also incredible. Our kegerator arrived wrapped in styrofoam, bubble wrap, cardboard, then sheated in LAUAN, then braced and screwed to pallet. Un-heard-of. If you have considered ordering something from the "big websites"...DON'T. These guys at IRON MOUNTAIN care for you and purchase, start to finish. I am now a customer for life. Didn't see any reviews from drivers so here's my 2 cents. Turn on 88th Ave and you'll see the docks on the west side of the red and gray building. Clean and spacious facility so backing is super easy. The staff were courteous, helpful and professional. Receiving hrs 09: to 14:00 back to any open dock. They start unloading immediately so in and out in less than 1 hr. Great place to deliver, will come back anytime the opportunity arises.

Awesome customer and technical service. Had some initial issues with uneven cooling so I gave them a call. The receptionist was super friendly and took down some information concerning the problem to hand off to the tech. I was transferred over and informed I'd be speaking to Shari. I waited about one minute. Shari immediately recognized the issue and precisely instructed me how to solve it. It was nothing more than a few tweaks to the cooling parameters, and recognizing the condenser filter was dirty causing icing in the refrigeration fan unit. Totally easy, and totally satisfied!

We have purchased from Iron Mountain twice now. Once for a reach in glass door beer cooler and the second time for a deep well beer cooler. Everything is top notch from customer service, prices, quality of product and way faster shipping than I would ever expect to get all the way down in SW Florida. A lot of our equipment is 15 years old in the kitchen and behind the bar and as it starts to go and is not cost affective to repair we will be replacing it with Iron Mountain products.

The freezer was shipped and delivered within days. Well packaged w/no damage. Quality unit, lots of room inside. It's auto-defrost cycle make it seem like it runs a lot, but regardless, it's efficient. Would buy again. Residential use. Very happy

In fact… they put a rush shipment on it for me and charged me a nominal fee to get it done… and it showed up on time as guaranteed…
and the refrigerator is way better than I thought it was gonna be… super high quality, pro cool, stainless steel under counter refrigerator double door… couldn’t be happier…

I bought a back bar cooler from Iron Mountain. Their customer service was great, they called letting me know it shipped and to make sure I inspect it when it arrives. They also explained what to do if it was damaged. I tried to order from another company and it was nothing but problems so I cancelled the order and found Iron Mountain. In addition, buying from Iron Mountain saved me around $500 compared to buying one from a big box store. The Cooler works great and looks great, I would highly recommend buying from Iron Mountain refrigeration and equipment.

From the initial product inquiry to the delivery Iron Mountain Refrigeration gets 5 stars ✨ The unpacking showed the detail in care and the custom logo design was just as I approved. Customer Service took their time answering my questions both via email and on Instagram. The temperature settings took a while to learn but the very useful YouTube channel gives a great video guide. I chose a single door Procool model and I could not be more pleased with my experience. More to follow from me when my growing season gets started and the cooler is filled with fresh local flowers.

I called this company to find out about their deep freezers. I am so grateful I did! Shari, customer service manager has been so amazing. The freezer had a minor problem with the electrical cord plug which was fixed promptly. Not sure when I've Ever such incredible customer service! The freezer is spacious and working great!
