This Peak Cold 71" bakery display case highlights bakery goods while maintaining freshness. 3 adjustable angled shelves display pies, cakes and other pastries with LED lighting The 4 sided glass design of the display case creates a better viewing opportunity for customers and allows more light to access the case. The exterior and floor are constructed of stainless steel with sliding back doors. The glass is tempered for user and customer safety. Temperature and defrost settings are adjusted by programmable digital controller. Hidden casters allow for easy movement when cleaning.Bakery DISPLAY CASE

Certain products we offer are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These products have shipping times that vary based on availability. True, Summit and Leet products are not stocked in our warehouse. If you would like an estimate for delivery on any other special order products, please contact us and we will provide one.
Your purchase includes a full 1 year warranty on parts and labor. An additional 4 year part-only warranty applies to the compressor.

What are the dimensions of the display shelves inside the unit? I specifically need to know how deep they are front front to back. Thank you for your time.
The shelves are 33.3" wide by 15" deep.

1. What is the height of the stainless steel area surrounding the bottom portion of the case? 2. Does the unit need to drain into a floor drain or is it self contained? 3. Does it plug into a normal outlet? Thank you
The height of the stainless steel area is 20 inches. The cake display is self contained and does not require a floor drain. It has a standard 110V plug.

Unfortunately we do not have decibel measurements on our products. Shipping to Norfolk, VA has an estimate of 2 business days, which begins the day after it leaves our warehouse. If you require a delivery appointment and lift gate at your location, this can add a day or two.

United StatesThe pictures on the website for this display case don't do it justice. The case is EXTREMELY sturdy and of very high quality. The glass the case is built out of is thick and tempered with a very pleasing looking black accent. It's just an all around very professional looking product. I just recently received it and if the compressor lasts past the warranty period without any significant repairs or replacement I'd definitely say this display case is more than worth the price you'll pay for it!
